tea cake
Tea cake is a shape of tea that is mostly made from big
leaves and the processing is to steam tea leafs and make leafs soft,
then put into mold to press and form it as cakes. It is routinely
compressed into cakes, called bings, and wrapped in paper printed with
the name of the tea. A cake tea continues to change as it ages, and
bits of tea are broken or chipped off — often with a small knife — to
brew cake.
